Evidence that your relationship is genuine and continuing (please refer to the Partner Migration Booklet available at www.immi.gov.au and note 1 below)

At least two statements by relatives, friends or other interested parties - such statements supplied should be in the form of statutory declarations and Forms 888 made in Australia, or declarations notarised by the notary public of the district court in Taiwan.
至少兩份由親友或其他相關人士所填具之關係證明書。證明書的格式必須是在澳洲所填具之法定聲明書和888表格；或在台灣所填具，經台灣地方法院公證人認證其簽名之聲明書。

If living apart from your sponsor, a statement explaining why this is a temporary arrangement and provide evidence of ongoing contact. (Please refer to note 1 below.)

Divorce decrees of you and your sponsor, if any

Your health checks (chest x-ray and physical examination)

Police certificates from countries or areas you have lived in for more than a year in the past 10 years.

If you are applying on the basis of a marriage 以婚姻關係申請者

Marriage certificate

Copies of wedding photos and other photos of you and your sponsor together before and afteryour wedding (originals will be returned to you). 結婚照和生活照 (照片正本會歸還)

If you are applying on the basis of a de facto relationship 以同居關係申請者

Evidence that your relationship has existed for a year.

If you are applying in the prospective marriage (fiancé) category 以未婚夫妻關係申請者

Evidence that you and your fiance have met and are personally known to each other.
申請人和擔保人親自見過面及認識之證明文件

Evidence that you intend to marry your fiance within 9 months of being granted the visa (letter from authorised marriage celebrant in Australia confirming arrangements, date and venue for the ceremony).
申請人和擔保人預定在簽證核發後9個月內結婚之證明 (澳洲合格證婚人之書信，須註明婚禮的安排、日期和地點。)

1. Please provide an original and a photocopy of all documents. All original documents will be returned to you
when your application is finalised. Alternatively, you may provide certified copies.
