雙方交往過程詳細聲明書：
申請人和擔保人必須個別提供交往過程之聲明書或法定聲明書，內容包括：
• 如何、何時及何處初次見面
• 關係如何發展
• 何時決定結婚或開始同居的關係
• 家庭上的安排(金錢及情感上如何相互支持，如此互許承諾之階段何時開始)
• 是否曾經分開居住(何時及為何分開居住，分開居住多久，在分開居住的期間如何維持你們的關係)
• 未來的計畫
聲明書可以用一般的書信或法定聲明書的方式填具，每一份都必須親自簽名並註明日期。
Detailed statements from you and your sponsor giving the history of your relationship:
You and your partner must each provide a statement or statutory declaration regarding the history of your relationship including:
- how, when and where you first met
- how your relationship developed
- when you decided to marry or to start a de facto spouse or interdependent relationship
- your domestic arrangements (how you support each other financially, physically and emotionally and when this level of commitment began)
- any periods of separation (when and why the separation occurred, for how long and how you maintained your relationship during the period of separation)
- your future plans
The statements written by you and your partner can be on ordinary writing paper or a statutory declaration form. Each statement or statutory declaration must be signed and dated by the person who wrote it.

您可以用郵寄的方式送件，本處的收件地址為: 11073台北市松高路9-11號27樓 (統一國際大樓)。
如果您打算親自到本處送件，您必須事先預約。預約專線為 (02) 8725-4290，電話開放的時間為星期一至星期五的上午09:00 ~ 12:00，以及下午01:30 ~ 04:30。
或者，您也可以用電子郵件預約，本處的信箱為: immigration.taipei@dfat.gov.au。經預約確認的送件時間只會排定在星期一至星期五的下午02:00~ 04:00。
Where to lodge the application
Applications can be lodged by mail. Australian Visa Services’ address is:

To lodge an application in person at the Australian Visa Services office you should first make an appointment. Appointments can be made by calling 8725 4290 between 9am-12 noon and 1.30pm–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, or by emailing immigration.taipei@dfat.gov.au Appointments will be scheduled only between 2pm-4pm, Monday to Friday.
