Temporary Change to Telephone Enquiry Line Hours
Australian Visa Services (AVS) wishes to advise that temporary changes to phone hours will occur on Wednesday April 29th, May 6th and May 13th due to staff training. Phone hours will close at 3pm rather than the standard closing time of 4pm.
All phone answering messages will reflect this temporary change. If you call AVS after 3pm on these dates, you will be able to leave a message on our answering machines with your contact details. We will return all calls within 24 hours.
