不同的簽證申請人可共同使用一份快捷郵件授權書。所有申請人皆須於欄位1、7簽名(18歲以下申請人需由父母代簽)。每份快捷郵件授權書最多可含10本護照。
If you wish to use one Taiwan Post domestic express service envelop to deliver more than one applicant’s passport, all applicants must sign the form. (Parents must sign on behalf of applicants who are under 18). This service is limited to a maximum of 10 passports.
