POSTAL DELIVERY FOR PASSPORT COLLECTION

Once your application is finalised, your passport will be mailed to your address using the Taiwan Post domestic express service (Speedpost).
Note: This service is limited to a maximum of 10 passports, unless prior arrangements have been made.
 

How does the Taiwan Post domestic express service work?

1. Authorisation

Please complete an “Authorisation to use the Taiwan Post domestic express service” form and include it in your application.

2. Charges

Delivery charges are paid at the time of delivery. The recipient (as per the consignment notice) is responsible for paying the cost of delivery.
Postal delivery charges = Postage + Insurance + Service fee.

Postage: varies according to weight and destination. Please refer to the table of postage charges on the Taiwan Post website.

Insurance: Insurance to the value of 3000NTD is mandatory for all passports. The cost of insurance is 12NTD per passport.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery takes between 1-2 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery time is additional to our published processing times.
